1 Introduction

Welcome to 77bg. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 77bg ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services available at 77bg.io, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, instant-win games, and all related features and functionality.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 77bg platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. 77bg may merge duplicate accounts, close additional accounts, and void any bets or bonuses associated with duplicate registrations.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 77bg username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 77bg will treat any action taken using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately via our 24/7 live chat support.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

77bg operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National ID card (NID) or passport as proof of identity.
• Utility bill, bank statement, or similar document as proof of address issued within the last three months.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77bg currently accepts the following mobile wallet payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via supported mobile wallets are credited to your 77bg account balance in under 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 15 minutes, subject to the successful completion of any applicable KYC or security checks.

4.4 Same Wallet Policy

All withdrawals must be directed to the same mobile wallet account from which the corresponding deposit was made. 77bg does not permit transfers to third-party wallet accounts or to payment instruments not previously used for deposits on the account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds.

4.5 Platform Fees

77bg does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported mobile wallets. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are beyond 77bg's control. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 77bg offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses awarded to your account are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Eligibility

5.4 Bonus Abuse

77bg employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, hedging bets to minimise risk while completing wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, and placing low-risk bets exclusively on high-probability outcomes solely to complete wagering requirements. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may have the relevant bonus and associated winnings voided and may be subject to further account action.

5.5 Modification and Cancellation

77bg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before a player has completed the associated wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings may be removed from the player's account.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the 77bg platform are subject to acceptance by 77bg. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform. In the event of a technical error or system fault during the bet placement process, 77bg reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to your account balance.

6.2 Erroneous Odds

77bg takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds displayed on the platform are accurate at the time of display. In the event that a bet is placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, 77bg reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct odds or to void the bet entirely and return the stake. 77bg will notify affected players where practicable.

6.3 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For all cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures: matches reduced to fewer than the minimum required overs (per tournament rules) will be subject to 77bg's void/reduction policy as published in the full cricket betting rules accessible within the platform. Ball-by-ball in-play markets settle based on the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body.

6.4 Casino and Slots Games

All casino games and slot titles available on 77bg are provided by third-party software studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Hacksaw Gaming. The rules governing each individual game are set by the respective game studio and are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding a casino game result, the game studio's outcome record shall be treated as conclusive.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77bg platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, using, or controlling more than one account on the 77bg platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or using any non-public information to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to exploit bonuses, game mechanics, or betting markets.
• Using the 77bg platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to the 77bg platform via your mobile wallet provider.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or error in the platform for financial gain.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of a person who has been excluded or is otherwise ineligible to use the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 77bg

77bg reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, that your account has been compromised, or that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

8.2 Closure by 77bg

77bg may permanently close your account in the event of a confirmed breach of these Terms, a failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe, evidence of fraudulent or prohibited activity, or upon receipt of a court order or regulatory instruction to do so. In cases of closure due to confirmed fraud or rule violation, any funds held in the account may be forfeited.

8.3 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 77bg account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered mobile wallet. Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access your betting history or any account data through the standard platform interface.
